How your pay works

Every number on this page comes from the same tables the site prices trips with, so it is always the current one.

In short

The traveller pays = your day rate's share for the day's kilometres + fuel, rounded up. RoutePlanner keeps 19%, you keep 81%.

One day, without waiting. The real price counts every kilometre of the day, including driving from home and back.

1 · You choose your day rate

Your car's type and class set a range; you choose a day rate inside it, and support checks it. It is the price of one full day of driving. The ranges today:

2 · A day is priced by all its kilometres

We count every kilometre the car drives that day: from your home area to the pickup, the trip, and back home. A short day earns a share of your day rate, a day of 271 to 600 km earns all of it, and a very long day earns more.

3 · Fuel is added on top

Fuel = your consumption per 100 km × the day's kilometres ÷ 100 × this week's fuel price. We update fuel prices every week. This week:

  • Petrol (regular): 3.85 ₾
  • Petrol (premium): 4.05 ₾
  • Diesel: 4.80 ₾
  • LPG (propane): 2.00 ₾
  • CNG (methane): 1.60 ₾
  • Electric: 0.85 ₾

4 · Waiting

Each planned stop includes up to 60 minutes of waiting. When the traveller comes back with you the same day, or on a tour, the first 3 hours of waiting are free; after that each hour adds 10% of your day rate. Waiting never takes a day past one full day rate.

5 · Trips of several days

Every driving day is a full day rate. A day you wait in one place is 50% of it. Fuel is added on all the kilometres.

6 · Rounding

The total is rounded up to the next 5 ₾. The traveller sees one fixed price before booking.

7 · Our commission

RoutePlanner keeps 19% of the whole price, fuel included; you keep 81%. The amounts are fixed when the traveller books, and later changes never touch a booking you already have. A child-seat fee, when there is one, is all yours.

8 · Cash and card

Cash: the traveller pays you the whole price. After the trip the commission is recorded as money you owe us; you pay it by bank transfer (your name in the purpose) or in cash at the office. While you owe 100 ₾ or more, we remind you every 3 days.

Card or bank transfer: we receive the money and hold your 81% until the trip is completed, then pay it to your IBAN, minus any commission you owe.

Your balance, payments and statement are on the Earnings page of your driver console.
