Terms of service

Through RoutePlanner you can: search for a route; see the drivers and vehicles available; choose a specific driver; see the price of the trip in advance; book the trip; and contact the support team if you need to.

Drivers are not RoutePlanner employees. They carry out journeys independently in their own vehicles and are responsible for providing the service safely and in line with the requirements that apply.

Before a driver's profile is published, we check the main documents they submit, including: their identity details; their driving licence; the vehicle registration; and the relevant insurance.

A driver must hold the necessary documents, still valid, when carrying out a trip.

The price shown before you book is for the whole vehicle, not per passenger, unless a specific offer says otherwise.

The price of a confirmed booking does not change, unless you ask to change the trip conditions, the route or extra services and accept the revised price.

Base prices are set in Georgian lari. If another currency is also shown on the site, it is for guidance only and may depend on the exchange rate used.

The journey duration shown on the site is an estimate.

The actual time can be affected by: traffic; weather; planned stops; border or other necessary formalities; and other circumstances outside the control of RoutePlanner or the driver.

The time shown is not a guarantee of arrival at any particular time.

A booking covers the route and service stated in your confirmation.

If you want to change the route, add a stop or extend the trip, make the change through RoutePlanner or contact the support team.

If you agree extra services with the driver outside the platform, that arrangement may fall outside your RoutePlanner booking and our support.

The payment methods available are shown when you book.

Depending on the service, you can pay: online by bank card; or in cash to the driver.

RoutePlanner does not store full bank card details; payments are processed through the relevant payment provider.

The conditions for cancelling a booking depend on when you cancel and how you paid.

The conditions in force are set out in full in the cancellation policy, which is available to you before you book.

Cancelling at least 24 hours before pickup is free. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, a cancellation fee may apply, as set out in the cancellation policy.

If a driver can no longer carry out a confirmed trip, RoutePlanner will try to offer you a suitable replacement driver.

If a suitable replacement cannot be offered and the trip was paid in advance, the money is refunded in line with the rules in force.

If you do not arrive at the agreed time and place, the driver will try to contact you and will wait for the applicable grace period.

The exact waiting time and the no-show conditions are set out in the cancellation policy or in the conditions of the booking concerned.

As a user you must: give accurate information when booking; treat the driver and RoutePlanner staff properly; not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; and follow the safety requirements that apply in the vehicle.

RoutePlanner may restrict or suspend a user's account for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

RoutePlanner is responsible for the service it provides directly — including the operation of the platform, processing bookings and support — within the scope of the relevant terms.

The driver is responsible for actually carrying out the journey.

These terms do not limit liability where such a limitation is not permitted by the law in force.
