Your data
Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A person reads every request and answers within a month, usually much sooner.
What happens next
- Nothing is deleted automatically. A person checks that the request really comes from you, because otherwise this form would be a way to delete somebody else's account.
- We answer within a month. In practice it is usually a few working days.
- Some records stay. A completed booking, an invoice and the accounting behind it are kept for as long as Georgian law requires, whatever else is removed.
